Strength Training

 Since I am in a real goal setting period in my life, I decided I should take advantage of my goal enthusiasm to do the one thing I know should be have been doing my whole life, but have always dreaded....strength training! Amy has also started telling me that I look scrawny and need to build some actual muscles.  All I have ever done is cardio exercise and have never really been a gym person.  But the time is now.  Plus Amy has been doing it with me.  

Because we don't have gym we can go to in the midst of this pandemic, we have found a program that last for 30 days and mostly uses body weight, but also we use things like a sack of rice and a backpack full of cans when we need some weight.  Sometimes I wish we had some dumbbells but for now we are making out home gym with zero equipment work.  

We will see if it works.  I am going to post a before picture here. Hopefully it will motivate me to stick to it so my 'after-picture'  shows some kind of visual improvement.  I plan on posting the after-picture in 6 months.  One of my life goals is to have a 6-pack at some point, I guess this is my chance? Strength training is so hard.
